Shipping & Returns

We at Dave Nemo Entertainment want each customer to be 100% satisfied with every purchase from our Dave Nemo Web Store.  With that in mind we have established the following return policy.         

 

Full Credit Returns For Merchandise Returned in “New Condition”.            

You may return new, unopened Dave Nemo Merchandise purchase from the davenemostore.com web store within 45 days of the shipment date for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of the original packing slip. Failure to include a copy of the original packing slip will result in our not being able to process your return.                    

 

Partial Credit Returns        

You may return packaged merchandise that has been opened but not used including CD’s within 45 days of the shipment date, however, the amount of the credit issued will be 50% of the original amount paid for the items returned unless one of the following exceptions apply:     

Exceptions:     

CD’s opened and found to be defective and un-playable will receive a full credit refund.

Merchandise found to be defective in material or workmanship will receive a full credit refund.

 

Merchandise Returned After 45 Days of the Shipment Date

No refund credit will be refunded for merchandise returned later than 45 days after the original shipment date.

 

Exchanges     

Should you need to exchange merchandise due to receiving an incorrect size or color and the merchandise has not been used you may do so. You need not wait until the merchandise returned has been processed to reorder. Simply proceed with returning the item you wish to exchange and reorder the correct size or color. A full return credit will be issued for the returned item as soon as it is processed by our returns center.

 

Shipping Costs       

Return shipping cost and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of defective merchandise or our shipping error. Should your return be due to defective merchandise or our shipping error, we will pay the cost of the return shipping as well as the cost of reshipping the order the second time. Simply contact our customer service department at 1.877.636.6104and request a call tag for pick up of the merchandise.

All returns should be sent back via a carrier that will require a delivery verification signature upon delivery to our return center. Our return center address is as follows:
